More Positive Lessons From Romance Comics: "That Strange Girl"
"Strange Girl", from Young Romance #197, attempts to provide some comforting lessons to impressionable tomboyish teenagers. Of course, this being the early 70s, overt references to homosexuality were taboo, so the whole think is full of wink-wink nods like this on the cover:

Tomboyish Liz shuns the opposite sex, preferring to "get to know" her pretty blonde friend Agnes.

But don't worry, all is resolved when she meets the right man:


Yes, you too can find "a boy like Fred." Until you leave your sham marriage for Agnes. I assume that happened by 1985 or so.
