Exhibitors make Flame Con possible and they need your leadership skills! We are looking for someone to conduct the Flame Con symphony. In heading up the exhibitors team, you will need to handle all communications with our vendors, customize our ticketing system, assign table locations, manage applications and waitlists, and generate reports.
The best person for this role will:
- Have experience with team leadership, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Understand convention artist curation best-practices
- Be able to quickly learn and become comfortable implementing a variety of overlapping administrative functions
- Feel confident being a TicketLeap administrator
- Be familiar with performing as a liaison to governing non-profit boards to align goals
- Display clear and diplomatic communication skills
- Stay superbly organized and pay attention to details
You’d be available to work with the Flame Con Steering Committee two to five hours a week and meet with our Board once a month.
